Iran Computer and Video Games Foundation holds the Serious Games Prize annually. This year, the sixth SeGaP (2023), with a more comprehensive approach toward targeted entertainment, attracts a wider network of sponsors and partners, supporting other serious entertainment such as escape rooms, board games, or simulators in addition to digital games.

SeGaP2023 has three main sections: the Serious Games Festival, the Serious Games Hackathon, and the International Serious Games Symposium as opportunities for game researchers and developers to conduct research, create games and share their knowledge in this competitive arena.

Important Dates

• September 1, 2023: Deadline for individual or team registration
• October 27, 2023: Deadline for submitting articles and works registration
• September  20, 21 and 22, 2023: Serious Games Hackathon 2023
• December 21, 2023: International Serious Games Symposium 2023
• December 22, 2023: The final of the festival and the closing of the Serious Games Prize 2023
